Regional Day - 13th May, 2018

All is now in place for another day for those interested in all aspects of Textiles.   We have 6 "Taster Sessions" - Fill-Gap Cords, Knotted Tassels, Boro, Stitched Doorways, working with Tea Bags and Card all available for you to 'come and have a go'.  Traders are:  Linladen - a variety of Linen Threads; Deborah Rees - Fabrics; The Sewing Box - all things sewing; Knit Working - wool and threads;  Art Van Go - for all things Arty; 21st Century Yarns - a stall a riot of colours of silk threads, felted pieces and more; Janet Humphrey - a mixture of fascinating fabrics and threads.   A Book Stall - old books at just £2.00 each - many bargins.  Displays of Spinners, Weavers and Dyers; Pentrich Revolution Quilt; Textile Treasures; Members work from Derbyshire Branch; Jane Drummonds embroidery and Chesterfields Boxes - their interpretation of Masson Mill and The Derwent Valley Industrial Heritage in Boxes.   7 Branch Stalls offering a variety of "Sales".  Also, a selection of 'stuff' from Liz Welch's Workroom - many more bargins to be had.
