ABOUT OUR GUILD Some members are highly skilled, others beginners and others somewhere in between. Everyone welcome. We have a varied programme with speakers, member led workshops, day workshops and visits. We currently meet in an upstairs room at The Saints Parish Centre, 3 St Mary's Gate Chesterfield S41 7TJ (just below the Crooked Spire church), on the 1st Thursday in the month 7pm for 7.15pm - 9pm (except in August). There is a lift to the first floor. There are a number of pay and display car parks close by. Meetings currently powered by Zoom. We encourage members to continue working on these but the books will be individual work only. We are encouraging members to share photos of their work, so we hope to see progess here, on Facebook and Pinterest, and in our monthly newsletter. NEW TRAVELLING BOOKS - FAIRY STORIES AND NURSERY RHYMES Dec 2019 Packs were given out to members containing instructions for paper folding, paper, etc to get our books started. The theme is Fairy Stories and Nursery Rhymes and the books are to be made by members as part of the process.
