Doors Open 10.0am - Welcome at 11.00am
Afternoon Lecture 2.00 pm
Tea and Cakes at end of day 4pm

See photos and a video of the day.

Another excellent and enjoyable day for all those who came.   Lots to see,  lots to buy, skills to learn and, of course, friends to chat to.   An excellent and informative talk by Sue Stone, explaining how she has taken her love of Graffiti, Memories and Family into new work.  Not to mention the great cakes provided again by West Bridgford Branch.

Sunday, 19th May, 2019 is the date of our next Regional Day.   The afternoon talk is by Magie Relph from the African Fabric Shop.  This looks like being quite different as she is planning to Model some of her collection of African Clothing on willing members of the Guild - we already have one volunteer!

Traders; Displays and Taster Sessions for 2019 are being sourced already, but any suggestions or volunteers would be most welcome - particularly displays you think members might find interesting.

West Bridgford have again agreed to 'do' Refreshments - looking forward to the cakes already!

We are intending to make another fun day meeting fellow enthusiasts with opportunities for retail therapy and learning new skills - not just for Members of the Embroiderers' Guild -  non-Members most welcome.

We will be using The Becket School, West Bridgford, Nottingham; again in 2019 as this is a venue central to the Region providing good space and on-site Parking.
